BHPH auto dealers
Turn your BHPH portfolio into cash.
Sell performing notes, bankruptcy accounts, charge-offs, or the whole portfolio.
Tell us the goal. We structure the deal around it.
Other buyers price a tape. We start with what you need the capital to do.
Raise working capital
Turn part of your portfolio into cash to fund more inventory.
Pay down your credit line
Tell us how much cash you need. We'll build the sale around that number.
Trim your portfolio
Sell selected accounts while keeping the receivables you want.
Exit the BHPH business
Sell your active portfolio and other qualifying receivables in one transaction.
Monetize the tail
Turn bankruptcies, deficiencies, and charged-off accounts into cash.
Performing, Chapter 13, charged-off. We buy all three.
Performing BHPH notes
Turn seasoned, paying accounts into cash now. Sell a selected pool or a larger share of the portfolio.
Chapter 13 bankruptcy accounts
Bankruptcy receivables are our specialty. We identify active cases, value the expected recoveries, and buy qualifying accounts outright.
Charge-offs & deficiencies
Create value from repossession deficiencies and charged-off accounts that would otherwise remain on your balance sheet.
Four steps to a wire.
- 1
Send us a portfolio summary.
Size, mix, and seasoning to start. No borrower PII. The full account tape moves later, under NDA.
- 2
We analyze the portfolio.
We identify the accounts most likely to attract capital and the structures that fit your goal.
- 3
Review your options.
Compare the price, the proceeds, and which accounts are included, then choose what works for you.
- 4
Complete diligence and close.
We coordinate documents, underwriting, and funding. Most purchases are as-is, without recourse, with the economics and closing terms agreed upfront. Bankruptcy accounts can fund in five business days or less.
What information do I need to get a valuation?
A basic account-level summary is usually enough to determine whether the portfolio fits and what additional information we need. You don’t need to assemble a full diligence package before talking to us.
Do you buy accounts directly, or broker the sale?
Both. Tribute purchases qualifying accounts directly and can also take portfolios to our network of buyers, so there is more than one way to get the portfolio sold.
Can I sell only part of my portfolio?
Yes. Sell a selected pool or the whole portfolio. You choose which accounts go and which stay.
Can you buy bankruptcy and charged-off accounts along with performing notes?
Yes. We can evaluate performing notes, Chapter 13 accounts, charge-offs, and deficiencies as part of the same portfolio review.
What documentation is required to close on bankruptcy accounts?
The bankruptcy notice with the case number, the installment contract, the credit application, pay history, and a copy of the title. Holding 10 or more? Start with just the account list and we’ll check which cases are still active.
What if I’m not ready to sell?
We can service your bankruptcy accounts instead of buying them, advance cash against future payments, or help you place a line of credit. Tell us the goal and we’ll point you to the right structure.
